INVERNESS
Inverness (meaning 'at the mouth of the River Ness') is blessed with a beautiful river and a backdrop of mountains.
The city has a modern, lively atmosphere with lots of places to eat out, shop and enjoy yourself.

Inverness is the ideal centre for visiting the Highlands. Loch Ness is just a few miles away with its legendary monster waiting to be photographed. There are whisky distilleries to discover, castles to explore and scenery to admire. For guests without a car, there are plenty of sightseeing bus trips which depart daily from Inverness throughout the summer.
After a full day out, we know you will want to enjoy good food and you will find many restaurants and pubs offering all types of food, Scottish music and, of course, Scottish drinks. A feature of our rooms is our highly personal 'eating out guide' in which we give you our personal choices for eating in the city. It includes everything from fast food to exotic dining, and a number of places to get real Scottish fare.
